In 2019, she accomplished what many thought was impossible by signing a multi-million-dollar deal with the Women's Football League Association. This landmark contract marked the first time a woman playing American-style football had secured a deal of this magnitude, catapulting Santia to new heights of success.

Not content to rest on her laurels, Santia has continued to push boundaries and make her mark in multiple industries. As a former collegiate track and field athlete, two-time published author of "More Than An Athlete" and "The Struggle , fitness model, TV personality, and public speaker, she has honed her skills and built a massive following of over 3 million loyal and engaged fans.

With TRONUS, Santia is taking on the footwear industry and disrupting the game. As a young, Black woman CEO, she is setting an example for underrepresented communities and proving that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. Her drive and passion are fueled by a love for her family and a desire to inspire others to reach for the stars.

These skills have led to the success of her Atlanta-based TV/Film Production company, Osage Phoenix Productions, which has secured notable partnerships with companies like Warner Bros. Television Studios subsidiary, Telepictures.}}^{_{Cureton-Robles' most recent venture, TRONUS, LLC, is a groundbreaking shoe company known for its futuristic and lightweight designs. Under her leadership, TRONUS has taken the sneaker industry by storm, with its explosive launch in late 2020 garnering worldwide attention. With over 50 years of combined experience in shoe design, manufacturing, and logistics industries, Cureton-Robles and her team are poised to make TRONUS a major force in the shoe industry both domestically and internationally.

Cureton-Robles is also known for her expert management of the career of her superstar daughter, Santia Deck, who is the CEO of TRONUS. With Cynthia's guidance, Santia has evolved from a college athlete to a highly respected global brand, known as the "Queen of Abs." Cynthia's dedication to her family extends beyond her daughter, as she is a devoted wife to Dr. Ariel Robles, a Tech Professional and Founder of global ministry, G.A.I.N. Additionally, she is a proud mother of seven children, most are athletically gifted entrepreneurs in various fields, and a proud grandmother of twelve.
